Here's how the process works:

• Room Reservation: Please let us know the approximate number of rooms you anticipate needing and the dates for which accommodation is required.
• Holding Period: We will hold these rooms under your group name from now until two weeks before your event. This gives you ample time to inform your guests about the accommodations while allowing us to manage any unbooked rooms effectively.
• Guest Booking: Please advise your guests that when they make their reservations, they should mention your event. This will help us track the bookings accurately. We recommend that your wedding guests (this does not apply to conference groups) book their rooms individually. This approach minimizes confusion regarding dates and room requirements.
• Final Confirmation: Two weeks before your event, we will reach out to confirm whether you still require any of the held rooms that have not yet been booked.
